Initial Contact
Upon the initial signed and completed membership form being received, (along with the supporting documentation), Cylch will read through your application and get a general overview of your organisation. This enables us to initially determine whether your organisation is suited to membership.
Eligibility Checks
This is the point where we determine your organizational status, read through your supporting documentation and summarize your application into a report for our membership subcommittee.
Application Submission to the Committee
A full report, including a recommendation from the Membership Officer is submitted to the committee. An application usually takes between 1-2 weeks with the committee before a decision is received.
Application Outcome
If your application is approved by the Membership Committee, Cylch will add your details onto all relevant contact lists, including the Cylchgrawn, our fortnightly email bulletin. Your information will then be added onto the Cylch website, along with the Waste Awareness Wales service locator.
If your application is rejected, we will inform you in writing stating the reasons the committee gave. This decision can be appealed, in writing to the full board of trustees.
For more information about this process, please contact our Membership Officer, Kayle Martin; 029 2051 9000 or kayle.martin@cylch.org.uk
